Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of phwn's Services is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gaming platforms in the Philippines and is non-negotiable.
- You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of phwn, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from phwn or had your account closed for violations of these Terms.
- You have not been identified by PAGCOR, any Philippine government authority, or any court of competent jurisdiction as a person prohibited from engaging in online gaming.
Underage Gaming is Strictly Prohibited. phwn takes the protection of minors extremely seriously. If phwn determines at any point — through KYC verification or other means — that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
Section 4
Account Registration
To access phwn's real-money gaming Services, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:
- One Account Per Player: Each Player may hold only one phwn Account. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
- Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested by phwn. Submitting false information is a breach of these Terms.

- Currency: phwn operates accounts in Philippine Peso (PHP) as the primary currency. Multi-currency support may be available at phwn's discretion. Exchange rates applied to non-PHP transactions are determined by phwn and are final.
Section 5
Account Security and Credentials
You are solely responsible for the security of your phwn Account login credentials, including your username and password. phwn will never ask you to disclose your password in any form of communication, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from phwn and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
You must notify phwn immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party or if you suspect your credentials have been compromised. phwn will investigate such reports and may temporarily suspend your account pending verification.
phwn reserves the right to refuse login attempts that do not meet security checks, to enforce multi-factor authentication, and to terminate sessions that exhibit anomalous behavior patterns consistent with unauthorized access or automated abuse.
Section 6
Deposits and Payment Processing
phwn accepts deposits from Players using the payment methods currently listed on the platform, which include GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available payment methods are subject to change at phwn's discretion.
- All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in your own name. Depositing using third-party payment accounts is not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed on the phwn deposit screen at the time of the transaction.
- phwn does not accept deposits from credit cards issued in the Philippines where credit card gambling transactions are prohibited.
- phwn reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds and to request supporting documentation where required by PAGCOR's AML/CFT compliance framework.
- Deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder may be returned, less any applicable processing fees, at phwn's sole discretion.
- Deposits are credited to your phwn Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. phwn is not liable for delays caused by the third-party payment provider's processing systems.
Section 7
Withdrawals
Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their phwn Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- KYC Completion: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Player's Account has passed phwn's KYC verification process. Identity verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID.
- Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method registered in your own name and verified by phwn, in order to comply with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.
- Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies per transaction, as displayed on the withdrawal screen within your phwn Account.
- Pending Wagering Requirements: Any portion of your Balance subject to active wagering requirements (i.e., Bonus Funds not yet fully wagered) is not available for withdrawal until those requirements are met or the bonus is forfeited.
- Processing Times: phwn targets e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals target same-day processing during standard banking hours. These are target timelines and not guaranteed service levels. Delays may occur due to payment processor systems or compliance review requirements.
- Right to Review: phwn reserves the right to delay processing any withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for compliance review purposes. During this period, phwn may request additional verification documentation from the Player.
Section 8
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
phwn periodically offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the phwn Current Offers page at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all phwn bonuses:
- Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise specified in the promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they can be withdrawn. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
- Different game categories contribute to Wagering Requirements at different rates. Live casino games typically contribute at 10–20% of bets placed; slot games typically contribute at 100%. The exact contribution rate for each game type is specified in the relevant promotion terms.
- phwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Player's Account.
- Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting systems, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and potential account closure.
- In the event of any conflict between a promotion's individual terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion's individual terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion.
Section 9
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the phwn platform are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game, which are accessible within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing wagers.
- All phwn game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems that have been tested and certified by recognized independent third-party testing laboratories. Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment under controlled studio conditions with video verification.
- Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information screen. These percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any session.
- In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, phwn reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return any wagers placed during the affected period to the Player's Balance. phwn's determination regarding malfunctions is final.

Section 10
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwn platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one phwn Account, whether in your own name or using alternative personal details.
- Using automated bots, scripts, software, or artificial intelligence to interact with phwn's games, lobby, or payment systems.
- Colluding with other Players, whether on phwn or on connected live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using phwn's Services for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other activities prohibited under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations.
- Providing false, fabricated, or borrowed identity documents during KYC verification or account registration.
- Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or circumvent any technical security measure on the phwn platform.
- Engaging in charge-backs or unauthorized reversals of deposits made to your phwn Account through your payment provider.
- Accessing phwn's Services using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true geographic location or identity.
Charge-Back Policy: Initiating a charge-back or payment reversal with your bank or e-wallet provider (including GCash or Maya) in respect of any phwn deposit is a material breach of these Terms. phwn reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all funds, and pursue recovery of funds through legal channels.
Section 11
Responsible Gaming
phwn is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its Players. In furtherance of this commitment and in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, phwn provides the following tools and policies:
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their phwn Account. Once set, these limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they become active.

- Account Closure: Any Player who wishes to permanently close their phwn Account for any reason, including problem gambling concerns, may do so by contacting phwn support. Remaining real-money balances will be returned following applicable verification.

Section 12
Intellectual Property
All content on the phwn platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, icons, text, user interface designs, trademarks, and service marks (collectively, "phwn IP"), is the exclusive property of phwn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phwn platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any phwn IP without prior written authorization from phwn.
Any unauthorized use of phwn IP constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws, exposing you to civil and criminal liability.
Section 13
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwn and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phwn platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, data loss, or service interruption.
- Technical failures, network outages, or service disruptions caused by third-party service providers, including payment processors, game providers, or telecommunications infrastructure.
- Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Game outcome results that are unfavorable to you, provided those outcomes were produced by phwn's certified RNG systems in normal operating conditions.
Nothing in these Terms limits phwn's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory provisions of Philippine law.
Section 14
Account Termination and Suspension
phwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account, and to forfeit associated balances, in the following circumstances:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- phwn has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with the Account.
- The Player is found to have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
- The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
- The Account has been subject to a charge-back initiated by the Player.
- phwn is required to close the Account pursuant to a direction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, phwn may, at its discretion and in compliance with applicable law, determine whether any remaining real-money balance is returnable. Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of termination for cause.
Section 15
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact phwn's customer support team in the first instance. phwn will make reasonable efforts to resolve account disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms as applicable under PAGCOR's licensing conditions.

Amendments to These Terms
phwn reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phwn will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. In the case of significant changes that materially affect Player rights or obligations, phwn will make reasonable efforts to notify active Players via their registered email address.
Your continued use of phwn's Services following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your Account.
